Scratches on hand since yesterday

Doctor, I have some scratches on both of my hands , don't know the exact reason , can some one please help me in this regard doctor, can't step out and consult due to the severity of Covid , I'm attaching some pics so that u get a clear picture of this , thanks in advance doctor
