Since your dog is vaccinated , you have nothing to worry , but you haven't mentioned the age of the dog . If it is an adult dog then your dog must be getting vaccinated on scheduled time every year , if it is a puppy then hope your must have given two shots of rabies.
Besides Rabies there is threat of tetanus infection. Please get yourself vaccinated against tetanus to protect yourself and your child .

If your dog is indoor and doesn't have any contact with stray animals, if he is regularly vaccinated, and it was an accidental scratch (not a purposefully attack), then nothing to worry about.
In case if you have doubts about his regular vaccination or his contact with stray animals, then you can go for vaccination. Usually, feeding mothers can also get vaccinated if they get bitten by dogs, but in your case, the need for vaccination will be decided only by the above-mentioned factors.
a minor scratch with no bleeding just calls for washing the area thoroughly with running water and then rinsing with soap. If there was bleeding, your pet's vaccination is not complete/regular then you may need to get vaccinated.
