Scoliosis
Started having this tingling feeling in my thigh in March and then lower back pain too in April so Started with physiotherapy a week back and having myospaz forte and b12 vitamins from the past month so I'm hoping if there is more I can do !!! I'm thinking of starting doing little bit of abs and dumbbells while sitting , is there something I should avoid or start with to not have any further damage !! This tingling bothers me the most while I'm trying to sleep !! Attaching my report and X-ray on here !! Thank you

As the tingling and pain has been around for some time now, and that is bothering you too. Better to go. For MRI lumbar spine, to rule out nerve compression... And to rule out organic cause of scoliosis that you have.
