Scietica- Laser treatment
I am suffering from scietic nerve pain- left lower back and left thighs. One of the physiotherapists is asking me to get Laser treatment as I have got heavy spasms. What should I do? Should I go for Laser treatment, as I am little afraid of the process and its effects?

Laser treatment is relatively new and many different types of lasers are available in the market The most effective treatment for the sciatica type of pain is to undergo physiotherapy with Mckenzie protocol and maybe ift/ tens However sometime after tens patients complain of an increase your pain so I would also suggest you to consult an orthopaedic doctor in your area before you embark on any physiotherapy
