  4. Sciatica nerve pain. It didnt help much.

Sciatica nerve pain
I am getting pain from buttock to down the leg for the last 4 days. I am unable to sit and stand. I took the pain killers it didnt help much.

Please consult a near by orthopedic doctor or a ortho-physiotherapist and get thoroughly examined rather than taking pain killers, they only can give temporary relief

don't bend forward, lying on your back with pillows under knees will help, Hard bed is best
