  4. Sciatica and pack pain. To go surgery.

Sciatica and pack pain
I am having back pain , sciatica nerve pain and annual tear at L5-S1.. some time feels better and sometime it is worst. Is it curable or I need to go surgery.

Without medical investigations report , I will not suggest for surgery but I would  suggest to prefer Ayurvedic treatment as this can be cure by Ayurveda therapy .
