Schizophrenia Meditation
My brother who is 39 years of age is suffering from epilepsy from age 3. A decade ago he was also diagnosed with schizophrenia. He is practicing meditation for many years. My understanding is the meditation he practices had harmful effects on him. Your opinion please. Would recommend it.

Meditation is very good,it cant harm ur brothers health.U consult a good yoga teacher who know meditation and take the most of the benefits of yoga.
Proper process must be followed when doing yoga or meditation, otherwise it will not help.So i advise u to consult yoga teacher or any Institute where meditation is appliee for treatment.
