I am diagnosed with schizophrenia and taking aripiprazole 12.5 mg..is it correct medication and how to over come it.

Hello, Yes Aripiprazole is a correct medication for Schizophrenia. It's a low dose and if required can be increased in future. Go for regular follow up with your doctor to avoid side effects and relapse.

Hi If your symptoms are well controlled with medication then your are very lucky . Plz stick to your treatment. If there is some impairment in your cognitive or social or occupation domains then we need treatment rationalization. Aripiprazole is a definitive choice in schizophrenia. Plz continue unless you have any side effects.
