Schizophrenia can be a challenging condition to manage, characterized by symptoms such as paranoia, delusions, and hallucinations. Patients often lack insight into their condition, making it difficult to manage them at home. My advice to you would be to contact a local psychiatrist and seek their opinion. Consider hospital admission if necessary. It is a treatable condition, and with timely intervention and medication, individuals can lead normal lives. Due to a lack of Insight into illness, they may harm themselves or others. So consult a psychiatrist and if needed admit him and give treatment.
