Yes, Ayurveda offers supportive therapies for managing negative symptoms of schizophrenia and PTSD, especially when integrated carefully with your ongoing allopathic treatment. Herbs and formulations like Ashwagandha, Brahmi, Shankhpushpi, Saraswatarishta, and Unmada Gajakesari Rasa are known for their nervine, adaptogenic, and mind-calming effects. Panchakarma therapies like Shirodhara and Nasya can also be beneficial. However, since you are already on psychiatric medications, it is essential to personalize the Ayurvedic regimen to avoid any herb-drug interactions. Please consult me directly for a guided and safe integration plan tailored to your prakriti, symptoms, and current medications.
