Hello The fear or phobia you’re experiencing is very common especially in teenagers of your age, it might have been contributed by some childhood experience and was magnified by your subconscious. Do not worry as 99 per cent of your fear is created by your imagination, it is not real.
Next Steps
Please make sure the needle and syringe are new and the conditions as well as the one giving you the injection are fully sanitised. If you follow this simple step nothing will happen.
Health Tips
Please take a friend or a relative with you when going to get your injections and think positive. The fear is created by your mind so reinforce your mind with positive thoughts and check your surroundings where you are getting the injection for cleanliness.
