  4. Scapular winging. Repair this issue. ?

Scapular winging
As im having scapular winging for the past 5 months, im going under strenthening exercise as suggested by internet. But i see a little development in it. What can i do to quickly repair this issue..?

Winging is due to paralysis/neuropraxia of.long thoracic nerve supplying the serrations anterior muscle. Recovery will take time from 6-9 months. Be patient and optimistic. Medications like Evion LC and Neurokind LC can be taken along.
