I have scapular fracture and I got fractured on 9th Feb 2016.but now pain has decreased and swelling has also decreased bit but still near elbow swelling what is the reason?.and I am provided with sling

Hi It could be due to healing of bone at the site of fracture.... That Will persist.... Continue arm sling ... Follow up with your consultant...
