I doubt that scanty bleedingnis only because you took primolute n. Scanty bleeding can be due to many reasons. It is also not advisable to take any bleeding increasing medicine without consulting an ayurvedic or allopathic doctor.
Next Steps
please consult online or visit nearby doctor to diagnose the cause of scanty bleeding

Hello dear. If your periods haven't come on its own there is some hormonal imbalance which has occurred resulting in delayed menses. Also if there is scanty menses you need to be investigated as to how scanty is it? How many pads do you use in a day? How is the flow? How many days is it? Was this the only time u got delayed periods? Are you gaining weight? And then cn i suggest from your symtoms what is best for you.
