Scalp and hair loss problem
I am suffering a lot of dandruff associated with large oily flakes, itchy scalp, i have used to so many medicated solutions like ketoconazole, selenium sulfide, zpt, coal tar and salicylic acid l solutions from last 4 years that was prescribed by dermatologist, but no use when I itches on scalp there are large flakes and powdered falling finally I believed there is no permanent treatment for my problem I was completely depressed of this and hair density decreased also with thinning of hair and to visible the bald patches is there any permanent treatment for my problem can you help me Dr

This is called seborrhoeic dermatitis. Tablet has better chance of reducing it. Please send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment. Also you may be developing male pattern baldness which is very common in seborrhoeic dermatitis.
