My 2 year son has put sanitizer in his eyes two days ago and now his eye is red (pic is uploaded). Got consult with nearby dr. and got two eye drops one is lubricating eyedrop and other is tobramycin. But my son is not allowing to get the drops in his eyes he just runs away after seeing the drops if I do it forcefully the he just cries and all medicine comes off. I also got combiflam syrup which he takes easily. Please 🙏 let me know what can I do or is there any serious issue.

It's tricky to put Eyedrops in children of this age but somehow will have to try using them by asking someone to hold the head and quickly pulling the lids apart put 2-3 drops as even if the child squeeze or cry at least some Medication will act.
