Sanitary pads
Hello doctors, Is it okay to change pads in a gap of 12 hours.Does it cause any problems? Also, is it ok to use cotton cloth at the end of menstruation days as flow gets very less and wearing a pad causes itching. Please suggest. Thankyou 😊

The duration of changing pads  will depend upon the amount of flow too much of wetness can invite infection rather than using a cotton cloth you can use pantry liners if the flow is very less cotton cloth may prove unhygienic

Cotton cloth is not advisable. Use cottony cover pads instead.
