I have multiple health issues. Depression Anxiety Sleep issue Neuropathic pain Pots ( postural tachycardia syndrom) My doctor has given me Duloxetine 10 mg in morning And Paroxetine 12.5 mg in evening Are they safe together ? I am concerned for drug interaction and side effects like seretonin symptom Pls quide
