The safe days may not be all that safe Fertile period wud be day 8 to 18 Meaning that chances of pregnancy during these days wud be high n less not zero on other days So best wud be to use a fool proof method of contraception

One week  before and after period  is relatively safe period. This method  has high failure rate  though.
