Lately I've realized I'm sadistic, that I feel happy when someone's feeling miserable.
Not that I love to put them through it but if they hurt me or make me sad I hold on to it and make sure they feel miserable by end of it. I've consciously tried to avoid it from the time I've realized it but somehow has never worked. I want to work on this and get out of it, please help.
