Sacralization of L5 vertibra
Hello Sir, I am having back and left leg pain from last year, MRI report attached. took physiotherapy and all but nothing works permanently. Acute pain in Morning in back & left leg calf also numbness in left foot. Kindly advise

You have a sciatica pain due to a disc problem. Since it has been more than a year, I would advise you to consult a pain management doctor who can advise you. Sometimes a small injection in back helps a lot.
