Hello this is my ct scan report , it indicates 1.) DNS AND SPUR 2.) ENLARGED ADENOIDS AND although there is no inferior turbinates swelling but on pulling the nose through cheeks breathing becomes easier , so , is the dns of grade 1 or is it severe , do i need septoplasty , i face breathing issue through nose , i am also attaching blood report , which indicates high eosinophills , so will allergy management will be enough or do i need surgery..and also in adenoidectomy required. i am 22 years old. SO IS SEPTOLPASTY REQUIRED, is DNS SEVERE , AND IS ADENOIDECTOMY REQUIRED , I AM CURRENTLY ON FLUTICONE FT SPRAY FOR 1 MONTH , A BIT IMPROVEMENT IS THERE BUT THE PROBLEM IS THERE ,

U can give a trial of spray for 2 months and if no improvement then surgery is indicated However spray will not relieve the septal deviation that you have
