Runny nose, no cough
My baby is having runny nose can I use otrivin pediatric saline drops for her, one my nearest medics said it shouldn't be used because it consists xylometazoline.

Your baby is already having running nose ,why to put nasal saline drops . Saline drops used for nasal blockage. Dont use otrivin with xylometazoline without doctors advice in children.
