Runny nose - feels like sinus
Dear Doctors, I always feel my nose dirty and it's been like this from my childhood. Since I was not well aware of it earlier and never bothered indeed, no treatment was taken. But now I feel it very dirty and clearing my nose all times force me to feel nervous and awkward in front of my office colleagues. I don't have any clue what's the problem exactly - is this because of Sinus? Kindly suggest me so that I can meet to specialist in person and start my treatment.

You might be suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays. There is no permanent cure for this condition and physical exercises can be of some benefit.
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required. With treatment your symptoms will subside but treatment needs to be taken for very long term
