I have running nose and sneezing since today morning. It was raining and I went outside for a minute. I am getting worried bout covid. Since 2 days m having anxiety cause I think I might have asymptotic covid.what should I do.

I don't think with the history you have given that there are chances of covid. You can take Tab Allegra 180 mg once a day for sneezing Along with steam inhalation

Are there any other symptoms?..did u have any contact with any covid patient? .. If yes..get urself checked.. If no...stay calm...have steam inhalation, and watch for any symptoms...
