Running nose
Hello sir/mam, my 4.6 year old son weighing 15.4 kg is always having runny / blocked nose from past 6 months , also cold and cough. I don't think a single he is without runny nose. What should I do? Doctor gave Mucolyst anti allergy scrup but then also same thing is happening

On and off is okay and altogether issues but if not a single week symptom free then an issue.
