Respected sir or mam I always do running in evening 20 to 25 minutes continuesly 2500 steps in a big ground by running before starting my workout in zym is it ok na a guy like me who do running everyday to keep my body fit and fine and mostly everyday I complete 7000 steps including brisk walking and night walking nd im 6 feet tall guy my weight is 88 kg . sometimes I fell when there is a holidays of my zym in Sunday if I didn't do any type of workout on my holiday days I fell uncomfortable I started going ground and do running 25 minutes continuesly even I don't care if it is raning or not I just want to complete my fitness routine Im not like this before. Why I do so much care in my fitness activity. My diet routine is also 4 soaked almond pistachio green sprouts in empty morning in bf I take toned milk with oats and litle honey .lunch half cup brown rice with multi grain atta. 3 roti boil brocoli spinach. Salad with litle salt evening workout night 3 multigrain atta roti salad
