If bleeding is not there you can wait for next period. If you have bleeding you should consult a gynaecologist

If you don't  have bleeding  then it's fine . You will get normal period next month when the remaining  tissue sheds.

Usually sheds with next periods. Need image before commenting. Endometrial thickness is less. Nothing to worry if there’s no bleeding or signs of infection as of now
