I have been working out for a year and have suffered from pain in my left shoulder. When i consulted the physio at my gym he said its because of heavy lifting and having rounded shoulders. The problem was healed temporarily after a few sessions with him but keeps on come. What should i do to get a permanent. Solution?

Hi, pain might be due to impingement syndrome, if you do exercise for impingement syndrome pain mostly won’t come back. If pain comes back you can have steroid injection in to subacromial space
