Rotator cuff tear and tennis elbow
About ayear back i had rotator cuff tear.MRI showed that along with that i had tendonitis,bursitis.took a course of physio therapy and continued exercises for 2 months.all was fine inspite of bit heavy work load for the next six months. Now after a brief period of inactivity i was busy again with a bit of heavy physical work.i developed excruciating pain near elbow.squeezing my fist was painful.diagnosed as something like tennis elbow.underwent physio therapy and exercises.but pain continues.

Hi. There are two pathology here. Shoulder is different and elbow different. You need to get yourself clinically checked what and how severe is your pathology to decide what treatment you need.
