I have undergone rotator cuff surgery on 17th jul 2025, i am now almost 4 months post surgery. I am having very stifness while lifting the arm. I can lift my arm upto 140 degree. Am i getting frozen shoulder ? I am very worried if i will fully recover or not. Kindly advise.

Post surgery rehabilitation is equally crucial as the surgery.
It’s your 50% which has to be done for 100% recovery. Yes you may be finding it difficult to go beyond 140 but then you have to push more with each rep of exercise.
Unless not don’t judiciously, there is a possibility of developing stiffness
