Good morning  for service exams there is no problem with the root canal treatment.  But the treatment should be completed it means that you should have a cap or crown over it . With that your treatment is not complete . So it's better you have a dental crown. Have all your decays filled with permanent filling.
Next Steps
visit your dentist and have a tooth coloured crown. all ceramic crowns are little expensive but lasts long
Health Tips
brush your teeth twice daily avoid sticky foods visit your dentist once in six months

Yes you can get a root canal done and restore the tooth by capping. For the services exam you will have to check their rules for that. Since your tooth will be restored it should not be an issue
