Doctor I had my root canal treatment in 2009 after that long time today my root canaled teeeth steel cap came out @this current situation what should I do now please help me

The cap / crown can be refixed . U can visit ur nearest dentist and take the cap with u. They ll refix it

Keep that cap safely with you..it can fixed it again...be cautious not to eat hard food from that side..as there will b chances of tooth fracture on hard chewing

Hi Keep crown safely with you & get it fixed when situation gets little better. Till then please keep that area clean & avoid eating any hard food from that side . Don’t forget to do night brushing. Take care & stay safe Thanks & regards

You have to get it fixed by a nearby dentist.
