Hi  sir...    If the cavity is deep it is advicible to go for pulpectomy (called as Root canal treatment in permanent teeth)of milk teeth.... Pulpectomy is more prefarable than removal of caviated tooth... Removal of milk teeth will affects the eruption of permanent teeth and the permanent teeth will erupts in ectopic position so it is necessary to preserve the cavitated milk tooth with pulpectomy procedure  to guide the eruption of underlying permanent teeth First and foremost X_ray(IOPA) should be taken to check the dept of the cavity

Hi. Yes if the tooth is decayed and the decayed is deep which has involved the nerve, rct will be required. Plz remember removal of milk teeth before the exfoliation period might cause swag in the eruption of the underlying permanent tooth. Also the permanent teeth might not erupted in its assigned position of milk teeth are not saved. Hence plz get or treated by the pedodontist

Hi....If the cavity is deep then rct is the choice of treatment.Milk teeth should be preserved till permanent teeth doesnt erupt since removal of milk teeth early will cause space problem for underlying permanent teeth.Consult a nearby pedodontist.
