I had rct before 5 years..i never had pain dere Now 1 month ago i had wisdom tooth removed as it was d neighbour of rct tooth so dentist removed cap n extracted wisdom tooth..n after 5 days he fixed it back. After 1 month i started to feel strong pain in rct tooth wen pressure of biting begins My dentist said it s because of high point then he scratch my tooth n i said dat everything is fyn nw But after coming back home it all came back why dis s happening.. ??

It could be either a crack in the RCT tooth or a high point in your cap. Your dentist can adjust the cap again and you can observe for a few days. If it does not improve get an X-ray done as it could be a fracture in the RCT tooth
