You can check the teeth by getting an X-ray done. If there is infection in the teeth then you can remove the bridge and the root canal needs to be repeated

u can go for the xray first and get ur bridge examined , two possibilities are ther , that either bridge is not proper or decay in tooth. bridge can be removed and replaced.

Pain is seldom seen in a good RCT tooth. If pain persists then we need to re examine the cause of pain. There could be an infection in that tooth. If that is the case then the infection is treated and after resolving the issue we do the procedure. In our clinic the failure rates are very rare and our patients always are happy

If teeth are root canaled, u should not have pain. If u are having pain, there is something definitely wrong. There could be possible re-infection or the root canal filling was not done properly at that time. Also you are having bad breath. This could be possible food getting lodged under the bridged tooth or there is re-infection with root canals teeth. The actual reason has to be ascertained with a clinical and xray examination. The bridge has to be removed and then treated accordingly. Do not remove any teeth if they are good. Just get the bridge removed and get the necessary treatment done. Also, if u keep the root canaled tooth without a crown, there are high chances that it may get fractured. Hence, it should be crowns d again after necessary treatment.

Bridge is used to replace a missing tooth in between two teeth. If the pain is in root canal treated tooth and it is radiating then there’s problem with the tooth
Next Steps
Check with dentist take X-rays to rate quality of treatment
Health Tips
It’s not always necessary to remove crowns while doing retreatment. A root canal specialist can save your crowns and do Ret/t through it.
