Ringworms near private parts

Hi My husband is suffering from ringworm near private part. It is very itchy. Its been couple of months by now, inspite of using creams like FourDerm and Keto4s the infection is not reduced.It spreaded on both the sides and became more itchy. Can you please suggest Amy medicine and creams.He is 24years old.
