  4. Ringing in ear. It become more louder.

I have dry scalp and ringing in ear more than a week. My ent doctor check my ear by ear endoscopy but found nothing. He says it could because of stress. But i didnot tell him that i regularly masturbate.When i notice it it become more louder.
