There is subluxation in my right shoulder i have been to Ortho surgeons and taken physio therapy its been 3years im stil having subluxation but no pain can i start lifting weights as im keen to join gym

If you have subluxation, that means your shoulder is unstable. So putting excessive stress on the joint is not a good idea as it might lead to dislocation. Please consult an orthopaedic surgeon who specialises in shoulder problems
