The patient fell down the stairs and has severe pain in the tailbone. Different doctors have different opinions - for example - the sciatic nerve is compressed but the coccyx joint is fine, the tissues are crushed and last 2 pieces of coccyx have shifted, the pieces have broken, cracked, etc. Can you please analyse the attached XRay report and advise:
1. Which diagnosis is correct?
2. How to treat it?
3. Is surgery needed?
4. How long will it take to be fit?
