Right upper eyelid twitching

Asked for Female, 31 Years

My right eye upper lid is continuously twitching since last few days. Please suggest some remedy. It is really disturbing.

Pl have vision test and slitlamp eye examination. Pl take adequate sleep, balanced diet,do eye exercises. Avoid stress and strain.pl take tab.shelcal 500mg, 1tab per day for 1month.pl do Yoga,meditation. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
