Right Testicle pain

Asked for Male, 25 Years

From two days I'm have pain in right testicle till abdomen. Checked the eggshape , feels pain in one spot having lump like structure(not sure is it really lump or normal existing tissue).Pain is keen inside pain. Very discomfort. Please advice sir.

You will need thorough examination and investigation to rule out any significant problems even through it is unlikely that here is anything serious going on.
