Right side upper chest pain
Was suffering from right side upper chest pain that causing numbness in my right palm and upper hand mild pain last 9 days no pain after that it again started from last 2 days... I don't know what cussing it...my ecg was normal and X-ray chest also I don't know what cussing it... But it's more like electronic pain and even sometime I feel pain in upper back right side also...my uric acid is high 7.8 advise something

Looks like indigestion and need to take light diet and don’t sleep within hour or so of taking food.
Next Steps
Do little walk 1/2 hr after food. Thanks
