Right side fallopean tube blocked
My right side fallopean tube is blocked. Whats the next procedure??? And m trying to concieve from last 6 months from left side fallopean tube but not getting any positive result.😔

1. PULETILLA NIG-1M/5ml
I drop to be taken in empty stomach with a cup of water for 16 days.
2.EUPIONUM- 3/10ml
1 drop thrice daily for a month before meal.
