Blocked Fallopian tube
My wife had HSG SCANS , in report it's mentioned bilateral tubal block/spasm . Doc said laparoscopy needs to be done !!
We consulted another doc for second opinion after seeing X-ray he said my wife unlikely to have blocked tubes since she is just 33 and we are just married , and told us to try 2 -3 months more !! Whom to believe

Tubes are blocked , go for laparoscopy and the doctor can correct the cause as well.

If you want you can repeat the HSG test
If blocked in that report too, better not to waste time trying for normal conception

Reports r suggestive bot tubal block hence chances r very less but exceptions r every where
