Hsg report says " right sided fimbrial and left sided tubal blockage". Ultrasound report says 1. Uterus is retro vetted and bulky in size.
2. Endometrium is in proliferative phase and is 6mm thick.
3. Ovulatory activity absent
4. Partially healed chronic PID with partially healed metritis with Anovulation.
