Right side chest pain with palm numbness
I am suffering from right side chest pain from last one month..was taken medicine and physio for that and then there is no pain for 9 days then I travel for a place where roads are bad and posture also bad then I realized my pain again started..its 3 days I am in pain,pain sometime high sometime low but there mostly it gradually increase after I woke up and sometime it go down n very low pain.. I got know the reason of pain go up and down.. I even can't know where this pain coming from. Sometime I press my area of chest and arm to see where it's tender but it feel normal.. Then also I am feeling pain,sometime I take pain killer but it won't help much as its not effective much.. Pain is like a electronic kind of which numb my right palm and bicep help sometime I feel a mild or low pressure in upper back right side with pain not always help

Mostly cervical radiculopathy . Need to rule out other causes as well . Needs clinical examination.
