Right shoulder pain when moving my arm
I've been having this shoulder pain for over 2 weeks now. I'm getting pain in my right shoulder just where the arm starts. It happens when raising my arm or stretching to the other shoulder or even reaching behind my back. I'm thinking it's a torn muscle of some sort because I've been facing it ever since I threw a football as I was playing the goalkeeper.

Hi, first of all avoid any painful movements Apply cold and hot fomentation starting and ending with cold. After that take a 1 kg filled bottle and hold it in your hand Bend forward and move your shoulder in click wise and anticlockwise motion  holding the bottle and leaning forward Do it for 30 secs, if done properly pain and range of shoulder movements will be better Please consult me online for more detailed treatment approach
