Right shoulder mussel pain
Right shoulder mussel pain and not able to move hand in all positions with out pain. Need advice for the same.

Apply hot water fermentation around shoulder. Start active assisted shoulder flexion and abduction( finger climbing on wall).

U should visit to the Physiotherapist. U need mobilisation and strengthening exercises to reduce pain and improve all shoulder movements.
