Right shoulder and hand pulling pain since last 3 months. Applied some pain relief cream and consulted orthopedic and found no orthopedic issues.

Send the tests done and avoid neck jerks. Neck posture and neck exercises Avoid too thick pillow Needs medication and tests on prescription. Sos painkillers
